As a bit of a test, I created EverythingWestVillage.com to see how hyper local you could make a website and still be successful. The biggest fear that most people have when they are told to identify a niche, is all the business that they might lose as a result. That is quite far from the truth. In fact, the more niche specific your website is, the higher number of qualified leads you receive, thus making you more productive as time is not wasted on unqualified leads.
West Village is a live, work, and play community located in Smyrna, GA. The development is a mixture of commercial and residential units. Everything West Village provides a place for residents as well as others in the community to find information and the latest news about happenings at West Village.
The website is built upon a Wordpress platform and uses Zowbie’s community website theme. An IDX solution provided by Soft Realty has been integrated into the website as well to allow visitors to search for current homes for sale and rent at West Village.
