		<description>And here&#039;s an explanation about what a Content Management System is...on my blog.  :-)  Indeed, blogs can be considered a form of CMS.  It should be noted though that not all Content Management Systems are blogs, yet simply a way to maintain data and content on a website through a publishing system/software which provides a graphical user interface to allow users to update their website and not require the knowledge of HTML or code.
